Welcome to Nautiq ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Nautiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Nautiq provides tools to help divers log dives, store personal and emergency information, plan dives, track gear usage, and view or contribute information about global dive sites.

Nautiq is not a safety device, dive computer, decompression calculator, or substitute for professional training or judgement. All dive planning and decision-making must be based on your training, certified dive tables, dive computer, and personal assessment of conditions and fitness to dive.

CRITICAL SAFETY INFORMATION:

Scuba diving and related underwater activities are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death.

The data, algorithms, timers, or recommendations displayed in Nautiq are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on generalised industry averages and publicly available dive profiles, not your physiological condition or the exact model used in your dive computer.

You must never use Nautiq as your sole source of dive planning, decompression information, or safety assessment.

You acknowledge and agree that all diving activities are undertaken entirely at your own risk and that Nautiq provides no medical, safety, or emergency advice.

You may need to create an account to use some features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Ensuring all data entered is accurate
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or appear compromised.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purpose
  • Upload viruses or malicious code

Your use of Nautiq is entirely at your own risk.
